Big Chef Steak HouseChef Rosie Joinville was a top student at London's Cordon Bleu Cooking School; with her diploma in her pocket, she travelled the world, cooking on a floating hotel in France, hotels in Hong Kong and even on a sheep farm in Australia. On return to London, Rosie taught at the Cordon Bleu, until one of her students offered her a job – he was a restaurateur in St. Lucia. Her wanderlust tempted again, Rosie packed her bags and set off to begin a new career in the Caribbean.
